I’m a Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I struggled for so long to balance my love of food while maintaining my health and weight.

I help women stop the cycle of hopping from restrictive diet trends and fix their relationship with their body, mind, & food so they can get healthier and be more confident.

Fitness

Develop an exercise routine you actually enjoy that helps you lose weight and sculpt your body. I teach you how to walk into the gym with CONFIDENCE knowing what exercises to do and how to do them. Even if you currently have physical limitations, we're going to work with them to get you stronger so you can start hiking more, playing with your kids, and LIVING.

Nutrition

No, you don't need to feel restricted/hungry and only eat kale and drink apple cider vinegar to lose weight. You see, you can eat anything you want and still lose weight once you know how weight loss ACTUALLY works. I'm going to teach you about nutrition and develop a customized easy-to-follow plan where you can still enjoy your favorite foods.

How many times have you lost the weight in the past only to have it creep back on? No, that's not because you failed or are weak. It's because you didn't address a huge part of the equation.
